All-in-One Time Tracking

TOPIX Time Tracking is used for managing flexible working hours and provides a complete solution with a recording terminal, identification chips or cards, and software. The module can be independently used for time billing but can also be seamlessly integrated into the TOPIX program family. In addition to comprehensive management features, the system provides a real-time overview of employee attendance.

Flexibly Record Times

You have several input options available: the classic terminal with identification cards or fingerprint recognition, the workplace computer with "myTOPIX" (clock-ins and clock-outs as well as performance recording), the web or email client, and iPhone/iPad and other smartphones.

Convenient Billing

There are several convenient alternatives for viewing and editing invoices: The TOPIX workplace allows viewing and editing invoices at any workstation (available for macOS and Windows). Invoices can be accessed worldwide on all operating systems via the web browser over the internet.
