TOPIX Production

Flexible structures, high transparency, and complete integration through TOPIX production planning software

Complete Integration of TOPIX Production Software

Without internal inquiries, complex workflows for information retrieval, and long waiting times, you have all the essential key figures for your production planning and control transparent, clear, and continuously updated in real-time. Material disposition, resource planning, or monitoring of production progress are always centrally visible. With TOPIX production planning software, you always stay in control.

Production, in particular, requires information from many areas of the company. For example, order data from sales, inventory levels from disposition, resource availabilities from workforce planning, or even cost rates and calculations from controlling come together. TOPIX production software manages, displays, and optimizes all this information through complete integration.

Bill of Materials (BOM) for Production

In the Production module, you can assign operations with time and resource requirements to a bill of materials, which previously primarily contained material information in TOPIX. You can choose between assembly manufacturing and complete manufacturing through work plans and work steps.

Resource Planning

Resource planning provides you with a graphical planning interface for projects and resource specifications for work packages. It allows the planning of individual resources, teams, or departments, presenting information in a clear utilization display and monitoring.

Shop Floor Data Collection

TOPIX distinguishes between simplified and advanced shop floor data collection (SFDC). The simplified SFDC is ideal for manufacturing employees. The advanced input is intended for production managers as it allows for more comprehensive overviews, such as those of completed production reports.
