In the latter case, it also includes the automated generation of an email cover letter that already contains the PDF file as an attachment. TOPIX ensures that everything is cleanly and uniformly presented before it leaves your desk. In the layout view of a transaction, you can immediately check the end result and optimize it with all the features of word processing.
With TOPIX, you can easily handle different purchase prices, target prices, freely created items, and other commercial variations. You can customize or supplement automatic suggestions individually. For custom calculations, each line item offers discounts and a field for entering free-formulas - almost like a "mini-spreadsheet." These aids work quickly and also ensure traceability. Explanations for items, headers, and subtotals are placed in the same location.

Almost all information from the article and performance directory is directly transferred into customer inquiries, quotations, orders, delivery notes, and invoices through various quick functions. For international business, forms and item descriptions can be output in multiple languages. The automation features for pricing enable you to quickly conclude even extensive transactions.
