In TOPIX, appointments, tasks, and follow-ups are consolidated in a central area. All functions are team-oriented and can be used as the basis for comprehensive workflow management. Through complete integration, cross-functional information and links are directly incorporated. Additionally, it is possible to create new events directly during the creation of correspondence or order processes. This allows you to create or view a document, create an appointment for yourself or a colleague, and automatically inform all parties involved in one go.

The team calendar

The team calendar with toggle options for an overview of appointments for oneself, specific teams or departments, or the entire company, naturally with day, (multi-)week, and (multi-)month views.

Any events

You can use any number of types of events to manage your resources. Even private appointments are taken into account in the calendar and can be hidden from others if desired. With pre-defined event chains, you can create workflows. The following features support you in your daily work: Group, department, and company-based appointment insight, appointment entry for colleagues, automatic notifications with feedback option, and monitoring of delegated events.

The activity overview

The activity overview" displays all appointments in list form, optionally mixed with tasks and follow-ups, and with filters for events that are either delegated by oneself or received from others. Those who primarily work with a focus on appointments will keep this window open at all times.

The event overview

The event overview is a compact list that displays all of your current events, possibly along with tasks and reminders, and (with licensed project management) all current jobs. This option is designed for the space-saving, permanently open display of all tasks to be completed.
