TOPIX collects, uses, discloses and stores your personal data from automatically generated server log files, as well as from contact forms submitted to us. Additionally, we use this data and other services to analyze visitor data with the goal of improving our website. d. Data Subject Rights

You have the right, in accordance with Section 30 of the PDPA, to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can obtain information about the processing purposes, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage duration, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details;

In accordance with Section 35 of the PDPA, you have the right to request the correction of inaccurate or completion of your personal data stored by us without undue delay;

In accordance with Section 33 of the PDPA, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for the achievement of the purpose relating to the preparation of historical documents or archives for public interest, or for the purpose relating to research or statistics, in which the suitable measures to safeguard your rights and freedoms, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;

In accordance with Section 34 of the PDPA, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful or when it is no longer necessary to retain such Personal Data for the purposes of such collection, but you reject its deletion, and we no longer need the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or if you have objected to processing pursuant to Section 32 (1) and (3) of the PDPA;

In accordance with Section 31 of the PDPA, you have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common, and machine-readable format or to request its transmission to another controller;

In accordance with Section 19 §5 of the PDPA, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This will result in us no longer being able to continue processing the data based on this consent in the future;

In accordance with Section 73 of the PDPA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a Personal Data Protection Committee. As a rule, you can lodge the complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee by direct or post or electronic means to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee for this purpose.

 

e. Right to Withdraw Consent

You have the right to object at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you, which is carried out based on Section 24(5) of the PDPA (processing based on a legitimate interest); this also applies to profiling based on this provision within the meaning of Article 4(4) of the GDPR. If you wish to exercise your right to withdraw consent or object, a simple email to info@topix.asia is sufficient.

 

f. Complaint / Supervisory Authority
